Das Hotel befindet sich direkt am Hafen und somit im Zentrum der Stadt. Die Lage ist perfekt für Geschäftsreisende, da alle wichtigen Orte in der Nähe sind. Die Zimmer sind modern und gepflegt, mit ansprechendem Mobiliar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt eine italienisch/mediterrane Pizzeria und ein Restaurant im Hotel, die eine gute Küche bieten.
Ein negativer Aspekt ist jedoch, dass es keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern gibt.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with Glasgow Green just a short walk away and the city center within walking distance. the fact that there was car parking available was also a big plus, as it made it convenient for us to explore the city with our own vehicle. the communication with the host was great, and they were very accommodating to our needs.
One aspect that we didn't particularly like was that the hotel was a bit difficult to find initially. We were unsure about the area and had concerns about the safety of our car and potential noise.
